All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. All orders include free delivery within the UK.

5. Orders and Acceptance

An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and payment is successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email. A contract between you and DIPLINGE LTD is formed when we dispatch your order.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. No customer account or sign-in is required to place an order.

7. Delivery

We offer free home delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary and will be communicated via email notifications.

8. Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us at support@diplinge.com.

Goods must be returned in their original condition. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
